This is an awesome local tri - perfect for beginners and newly added half lite is excellent for seasoned triathletes.

  • Featuring new "Half Lite" distance.  Perfect tuneup for half distances!!!
  • Fresh water swim, gently rolling bike course, semi-shaded run.
  • The perfect race at the foothills of the Poconos!!  Mostly shaded course!!

    • YMCA runs, Tue and Thur evening - 6:30pm at the front door.
    • Mill Rats, sat & sun some rats at 7:00am. some rats at 7:30. pick your poison.
    • Mill Rats weekdays 7:30am, wed. 5:15pm
    • Darleen's crew - 5am Monday thru Friday. (usually sat & sun too)
