Pocono Family YMCA 5K (9th Annual) Print

Registration is at 7:30 a.m. / Race begins at 9:00 a.m. 

Registration fee:  $15 / Family Pre-Registration Fee:  $45

After November 12th, all racers will pay a registration fee of $20.  

 The race starts and ends at the Pocono Family YMCA, 809 Main Street, Stroudsburg.

  • YMCA runs, Tue and Thur evening - 6:30pm at the front door.
  • Mill Rats, sat & sun some rats at 7:00am. some rats at 7:30. pick your poison.
  • Mill Rats weekdays 7:30am, wed. 5:15pm
  • Darleen's crew - 5am Monday thru Friday. (usually sat & sun too)
