Freedom Festival 5K Print

The Pocono Family YMCA will host the Freedom Festival 5K Run on Saturday July 4th. Registrations now being taken.  Race begins and ends at Dansbury Park, East Stroudsburg, PA. Pre-registration cost: $15.00. Registrations received after June 29th cost $20.00. Race day registration begins at 7:00am- race begins at 9:00am. Course for all ages.

  • YMCA runs, Tue and Thur evening - 6:30pm at the front door.
  • Mill Rats, sat & sun some rats at 7:00am. some rats at 7:30. pick your poison.
  • Mill Rats weekdays 7:30am, wed. 5:15pm
  • Darleen's crew - 5am Monday thru Friday. (usually sat & sun too)
