Poconos' Wurst 5K Trail Run

Shawnee Mountain, Shawnee on Delaware, PA
9am start
  
Trail course geared for beginner/novice trail runners & walkers. Mostly gravel/dirt roads and tree lined open trail. $20 advance entry fee includes sleeveless running shirt, post race refreshments, awards ceremony & prize drawing at approximently 10:45am. Plus Free admission to Poconos' Wurst Festival which officially begins at noon. This race is run in cooperation with and for the benefit of the Pocono Family YMCA. Online registration opens April 1.   • YMCA runs, Tue and Thur evening - 6:30pm at the front door.
  • Mill Rats, sat & sun some rats at 7:00am. some rats at 7:30. pick your poison.
  • Mill Rats weekdays 7:30am, wed. 5:15pm
  • Darleen's crew - 5am Monday thru Friday. (usually sat & sun too)
