How-To

  1. Click on a day number (in the top left corner of each day square)
  2. You will be presented with a pretty much empty page.
  3. Look in the top left corner, you will see a disc icon. Click on it
  4. You should now be presented with the form to enter your run.
  5. Enter your data.
  6. After you are done look again in the top left corner. You should see two icons. Press the save icon (left most icon, looks like a floppy disk on a external floppy drive).
  7. You should now see a message on the top that says 'Entry Saved' and the form fields are changed to normal text display.
  8. That's it! Congratulations, you have now entered your first entry.
Notice that your name should now be in the 'Select User' list and that from now on your login name should be selected by default whenever you select 'View' again.

Your entries are not visible to anyone else unless you change your privacy setting in "My Preferences". Choose "Public" if you want to share your workout data with other registered users.

NOTE: (Alternatively you can click "Add Entry" to directly enter your workout)
