YMCA runs, Tue and Thur evening - 6:30pm at the front door.
Mill Rats, sat & sun some rats at 7:00am. some rats at 7:30. pick your poison.
Mill Rats weekdays 7:30am, wed. 5:15pm
Darleen's crew - 5am Monday thru Friday. (usually sat & sun too)
